Adani Enterprises announced that its joint venture AdaniConneX Private Limited successfully acquired 100% stake in Giridhari Build Estate Limited for ₹366.65 crores, completed on December 31, 2025. The transaction was completed on December 31, 2025, with the disclosure made under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
Strategic Purpose and Asset Acquisition
The strategic acquisition aims to expand infrastructure development capabilities through GBEL's sizeable land parcels and key licenses, providing ACX with development-ready assets despite the target company not yet commencing commercial operations. The object of acquisition is to set up infrastructure facilities.
About AdaniConneX and Its Infrastructure Footprint
AdaniConneX, a 50:50 joint venture between Adani Group and EdgeConneX, will host within the park an integrated 300 MW data center facility. The JV will focus on building a network of hyperscale data centers in India, starting with Chennai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Vizag and Hyderabad markets.

The Giridhari Build Estate acquisition signals AdaniConneX's continued expansion of digital infrastructure across India. AdaniConneX Chennai 1 Data Center is a first-of-its-kind multi-tenant purpose-built facility that opens the door to a global network of data centers along with domestic access to other metro markets in India.
Broader Context: Adani Group's Infrastructure Ambitions
The investments will be on top of the Rs 20,000 crore already invested in the state, which created more than 18,000 direct and 54,000 indirect jobs. The Adani Group's investments in Andhra Pradesh span multiple sectors, including ports, logistics, and renewable energy.
This acquisition reflects the Adani Group's broader investment in critical digital infrastructure, positioning the group as a major player in India's expanding data centre ecosystem during a period of accelerating digitalization and cloud adoption across the country.
