Adani Realty opens pre-launch of Adani Suryagram in Bapunagar, Ahmedabad

Adani Realty has opened pre-launch for Adani Suryagram, a mixed-use township on India Colony Road in Bapunagar, East Ahmedabad. The project spreads across about 35 acres and brings together apartments, a gated villa enclave and a commercial lifestyle zone within one connected address. Buyers can now register interest in the apartment and villa offerings at a stage before the wider launch.
The township is being developed in partnership with Swarnim Developers, and the site is located at the Anil Starch Mill Compound near India Colony. Apartments are planned across four towers, with 135 three BHK and 140 four BHK units on the Adani Realty side, alongside 39 four BHK villas in a low-rise G+2 cluster. Apartments start from Rs 1 crore, and the villas are priced on request.
Key details for prospective buyers
The apartment range across three and four BHK homes runs from 2,266 to 4,050 sq ft. The villas are designed as independent homes, with carpet areas between 3,060.20 and 3,130.60 sq ft. Each villa comes with a private elevator and independent rooftop solar installation.
The villa component is registered with the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority under number PR/GJ/AHMEDABAD/AHMEDABAD CITY/Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation/RAA15997/141025/301127. Possession for the township is planned by September 2028.
Homes will carry vitrified tiles in the living areas and bedrooms, private balconies with anti-skid tiles and safety railings, and bathrooms fitted with glass shower partitions and branded CP fittings. Doors are laminated flush, windows are UPVC sliding with mosquito mesh, and security features include video door phones, digital locks, CCTV in common areas, intercom facilities and fire safety systems.

Apparel Park metro station is about 2.7 km away and Amraiwadi metro station about 2.8 km, both on the Blue Line, which runs 21.23 km east to west with 18 stations. Asarva railway station lies about 2 km away, Ahmedabad Junction about 2.9 km, and Kalupur bus stop about 3.3 km. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport is around 10 km away.
